The minimum lease term is 1 year. However, you can apply for an early termination by giving 3 months notice and serving a minimum 3 months lease.

- Trade License/ Company Formation Application
- Signatory Passport & Visa Copy
- Establishment Card if available
- Cheques based on the payment terms agreed.
