Owing to the regulations set by DMCCA, all existing member companies (registered before 2 January 2020) must adopt the Articles of Association, thereby by replacing Memorandum of Association (MOA) within twenty-four (24) months of the new DMCCA Company Regulations 2020 which came into effect on 1 January 2020.
